Meet Helen, the founder of THE STREET UNIVERSITY PROJECT (TSUP)

Helen Sosu-Ezirm (Nee Sosu) is from Badagry local government area of Lagos State. Nigeria.
She is the author of the poetic motivational best seller book “The Street University”; a winner of The EDITOR’S CHOICE award by the International Library of Poetry, USA, and recipient the MDGs Awards on hunger and poverty alleviation.
Helen is the founder of THE STREET UNIVERSITY PROJECT (TSUP), a free entrepreneurial and empowerment programme for underprivileged youths from slums and challenged backgrounds. TSUP has a track record of motivating and empowering thousands of youths in various skills since May 2008. TSUP received the GAMA Award for Social service of the year 2017.
She is the Initiator of WE ARE P.O.E.T.S (People Of Exceptional Talents & Skills). A platform for celebrating people with unique skills and talents; and also those positively enhancing lives of people around them. It is also a platform for appreciating and promoting Poets and the Poetry genre.
She is also the CEO of PEOPLE AND EVENTS LTD. An events, media, production and public relations company.
One of her favorite practices is creating and developing TV contents for both entertainment and educational purposes.
As a production Entrepreneur, She is the producer of EXOTIC PAP. A variety of creatively prepared Fresh and powdered Pap, using a combination of healthy grains, herbs, spices and fruits.
She has also helped in the editing and production of books by known Nigerian celebrities like Charly Boy, Kenny Saint Brown (KSB) amongst others.
Helen is a graduate of English from the University of Lagos (Unilag).
