CDA construct culverts to connect other communities

In a bid to connect streets within their CDA and to open up their CDA to other communities, a Community Development Association (CDA) in Ita – Oluwo, Ikorodu Area of Lagos State known as Orimedu Progressive CDA has construct 2 culvert at Ijesha Street Junction to connect Shanu Street and another one at Ogunwale street linking to Babatunde street.

The Chairman of the CDA, Mr Yahya Nurudeen Alabi who disclosed this to Community Gist said the projects are necessary in order to connect the streets within the CDA and the CDA with other communities as this will ease vehicular and human movement within the CDA and other communities. He said before the commencement of the projects people can only access the streets by foot.

He then admonished members of the CDA to always support community projects in order to move the community forward.
