The community leaders in Oke Odo, Agbado Oke Aro LCDA, Ifo Local Government Area of Ogun State has take the bull by the horn by taken the necessary steps to reduce the suffering of motorist and residents who ply Ijoko-Berger road on a daily basis as the only alternative bridge for them has been damage and has become a “death trap” as often said by most residents of their area.
Leaders from all the Area CDCs in Oke Odo such as Matogbun Area CDC, Olambe Area CDC, Adiyan Alausa Area CDC as well as Araromi Oke Odo Area CDC gathered on the bridge Wednesday to access the level of completion of the bridge and to brainstorm on how to make the bridge motorable as soon as possible. That is why we are here to contribute our quota so that we can start using the bridge. I enjoy all the Area CDCs to support the committee morally and financially so that they can be successful in their assigned duty, Adebanjo added.”
