Honourable representing Ifo/Ewekoro Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Hon. Ibrahim Isiaka Ayokunle has expressed his upmost appreciation to his immediate family, constituents, party leaders and faithfuls as he set to contest for a seat for the third term at the National Assembly on the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC).
This was contained in a WhatsApp broadcast signed by him. The message reads:
“My utmost appreciation to Almighty God for counting me worthy to be part & winner of our party primary election conducted today under a free and fair atmosphere with such a large crowd of witnesses.
“Words are not enough to express my gratitude to my immediate family members, our party leaders, delegates, and supporters for their immeasurable support.
“I sincerely appreciate Our Governor, Prince DAPO ABIODUN for being a fair leader all through the pre-primary consultation.
“Notably, it is a remarkable event with its memories for years to come in the history of our federal Constituency.
“An intra-party election where our people remain united to pull their support together with our delegates taking their stronghold with determination to reward my sincere efforts of quality service to our great constituency.
“Also, I appreciate all fellow contestants who all showed a high level of sportsmanship all through the process, dousing the tension and choosing to uphold the clear decision of our delegates.
“YES! It is a victory for our party as we will all go to the poll together as a united federal constituency with pools of our projects and legislative impacts speaking loudly for us before the good people of our federal constituency.
“By God Grace, our victory at the 2023 General Election is non-negotiable as we have rightly placed the round peg in the round hole.
