GOCO sympathize with fire incident victims in Olambe, visit scene
Member Representing Ifo Constituency 2 at Ogun State House of Assembly, Hon Ganiyu Alani Oyedeji popularly called GOCO had on Sunday, 4th of September, 2022 visited the scenes of Saturday’s morning inferno at Olambe-Matogun Road, under his constituent in Ifo Local Government Area of the state, describing the incident as painful and prayed to the Almighty God to relieve the victims of their losses.
He was joined by the team of the Deputy Governor of Ogun State, immediate past Chief of Staff to the Governor and presently APC Ogun Central Senatorial District Candidate; the newly sworn-in Commissioner for Tourism And Culture; Ifo LG Chairman; APC Ifo 2 House of Assembly Candidate and host of other top Government functionaries.
Hon. GOCO assures the victims of the State Government swift intervention within available resources.
Recall that a fuel tanker fell on Olambe – Matogbun Road early morning of Saturday, 3rd of September, 2022 due to the bad condition of the road, which led to destruction of many properties but no lives were lost. Community members however call on the State government to come to their rescue in order to make the road motorable and prevent future accident.
