Lagos State Youth Parliament In Conjunction with Esther Emiator Foundation and Paul the Great Initiative Donates Over 1500 Facemasks and other Medical items To LASG For Support Against COVID-19
The Lagos State Youth Parliament Speaker, Rt.Hon. Ogidan Abayomi, Hon.Shasanya Akinola,Hon.Makonjuola Rasheed ( Chief Whip of the Lagos State Youth Parliament) Hon. Sani Muritala, Hon. Zoffun Bukola and Hon. Faborode Damilola in Conjunction with Esther Emiator Foundation and Paul the Great Initiative has donated over one thousand five hundred facemasks and other medical items to Lagos State government to support the fight against COVID-19.
The facemasks and Medical items were presented to His Excellency Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwoolu ably represented by the commissioner for Youth and Social Development, Mr. Segun Dawodu on Tuesday 30th of June, 2020 at Secretariat, Ikeja, Lagos.
Esther Emiator Foundation, appreciated the efforts of Lagos State government and emphasized on the need to ensure a continuous support from all and sundry to help end COVID-19 in Nigeria.
The commissioner on behalf of the governor appreciated the Honorable Members of the Lagos State Youth Parliament, Esther Emiator Foundation and Paul the Great Initiative for their kind gestures towards the fight against COVID-19 in the state.
In attendance were Dir. Ministry of Youth, Mr. Adetoye; Deputy director, Mrs. Taiwo; APC Youth Leader Lagos State, Mr. Sanyaolu and Staffs of the Ministry.
