TCPC Youth Wing Set to award Community Figures

The Community Progressive Committee (TCPC) Youth Wing said all is set to award prominent individuals as well as group of people who have contributed and still contributing to the growth and development of their community.

According to the Head of the Organizing Committee, Comrade Taofeek Adebesin, the award which will take place on Saturday, 29th of October, 2022 at SSY Hotel is meant to celebrate community leaders while alive.

The Secretary of the organization, Comrade Olusoji Olowu said the award is a way of appreciating the community leaders and encourage them to do more.

“There is no such encouragement than celebrating the hidden rigorous selfless services done by community dogged comrades, who had cried privately, lost appetite for sleep when others are swinging gears in their sleeps.

“It is high time to celebrate them when they are still alive to receive such. This made the chairman and the office of welfare to took our collective welfarism to consideration.

“This will be show me your work and gets your award for your Community,” Olusoji asserted.

The Community Progressive Committee (TCPC) is the association of all Area CDC chairmen across Agbado Oke-Aro axis.
