Free Education: Ogun NYCN P.R.O Aspirant Lauds Gov. Abiodun

Comrade Faruq Olaotan Shitta, Ogun State National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) Aspirant for the position of Public Relation Officer (PRO) in the forthcoming Council Congress has lauded Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun for the introduction of free Education in the state from Basic Class to Secondary level.

Faruk who made this known on his Facebook page commend the Governor for the laudable initiative, describe it as a good dividend for Democracy.

He noted that the initiative will go a long way in encouraging the less privilege parents/guardians to put their wards in schools which will reshape their future and become great people.

He further appeal to the Governor to introduce a compulsory and free skill acquisitions in the curriculum for secondary school students thereby encouraging and raising entre on completion of their O’Level education as well as to equip them for self sustainance and able to further their education to tertiary level from their proceeds.

Farouk also reinstated his unalloyed commitment and preparedness to engage the government effectively, constructively and efficiently on behalf of the teaming youths of Ogun state if elected.

Faruq was the former Youth Cordinator of the defunct NYCN, Agbado Oke Aro LCDA Chapter.

Ogun State governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun on Thursday ordered the suspension of three thousand naira (#3,700) education levy fee in all public schools in the school.
