The Lagos State Chapter of Youths for New Nigeria was over the weekend led by the South West Coordinator, Comrade Gbenga Olapite alongside the Lagos State Coordinator, Mr Dania Olufemi and other executives and members of the group to celebrate Christmas with the less privilege in Ikotun area of Lagos State.

Christmas is the season of love, giving and celebrations, and in such mood was the YNN Care goodwill message which has been going round the country by various members and chapters of the youth group taken to the Ikotun area where food items, clothes and shoes were freely given to women, youths and children in the area.

The essence of Christmas is not just to eat, wine and dine with your family and friends alone, but to also give of the little we have to those who have little or no idea of where the next meal would come from and that was exemplified by the leaders and members of YNN in Lagos on Sunday, 22nd December, 2019.

The people were full of joy and they definitely did not expect such goodwill at a time as this. The ray of hope was seen on their faces again at the kind gesture from the group and they were full of praises.

After the philanthropist gesture at Ikotun with the less privileged, the group had a nice get-together with the Lagos Coordinator, Mr Dania Olufemi as Host. The event was a moment to celebrate and appreciate God for a successful year and to connect the members together again in a lively atmosphere.
There were more than enough to eat and drink and dance likewise.

The YNNCare train is expected to move to other parts of the states as the Cross River chapter of YNN is set to visit Adim Correctional Center in Cross River on 26th December, still in the mood of sharing love with all at Christmas.
